PROTECTING WILDLIFE IN THE COMMUNITY – Callicotte Ranch is full of wildlife, but we ask that you appreciate it from a distance. Feeding the local wildlife is prohibited as it upsets the animals natural behavior. Feeding the animals can attract dangerous predators to the area where they can create a saftey risk for your family.
SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN– Supervision of children is MANDATORY. Kids should wear helmets when riding bicycles anywhere on the Ranch, and parents and children should be mindful of cars and wildlife. We remind residents that swimming and boating are not allowed in any lake or stream in Callicotte Ranch.
